Biography

Dr. Pham has a Doctor of Management degree from University of Maryland University College, a MBA (International Business Major) degree with Beta Gamma Sigma and Academic Excellence Awardfrom Long Island University, CW Post, Brookville, NY, and a B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. 

Her other training includes certificates in Society Human Resources Management such as “Linking Generational Diversity to Engagement and Bottom Line Performance”, “A next Generational Approach to Managing Cultural Diversity” and “Avoiding Liability through Lawful Pathway to Diversity”

She has been with the world renowned Brookhaven National Laboratory of New York for over 30 years with various positions including as Advanced Technical Associate. Her other activities at Brookhaven National laboratory encompassed as Advocate, HPI (Human Performance Improvement), Member of Diversity and Inclusion Working Group, former Chair of EEO Committee, CA Department, and former EEO Committee member.

 

Most recently, in the last several years, She has been a member of Board of Director of the Suffolk County Executive’s Asian American Advisory Board (SCAAAB) and her valued contribution to AAPIHM activities is well recognized. Dr. Pham is fluent in multiple languages including French and Vietnamese, and has experience as translator for Sachem School District, Suffolk County Department of Social Services, NY State Education Department.
